STANDARD SHIPPING: Orders should be received within 5-10 business days depending on the volume of our carriers. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, all responsibility falls on them. We are not able to replace, locate, or refund your package due to carrier issues or delays. 

SHIPPING POLICY: Orders are shipped within one-two business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. If you think your order is delayed or lost, please check your tracking number and contact the carrier prior to contacting us. 

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.


At MEL, our hope is that you love your sleepwear as much as we do. In cases where you need to return product, please rest easy and find our return policy and process below. 

Return Policy

Please note that due to the small batch nature of our business, we are only able to return items within 14 days of delivery and for 1) a full refund to the original form of payment and 2) a size exchange, and only if your size is available at the time a return is initiated; otherwise, you will automatically receive a full refund. Please be aware that products purchased with a promo or influencer code cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  1. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery; please kindly check the date of receipt before initiating a return. 
  2. Please email to request a return and include "RETURN" in the subject line. 
  3. In the email, please include the following: 1) your order number 2) the reason for return and 3) whether you would like to return for a refund or a size exchange (please note the size and color).
  4. The MEL team will respond back with a return label. Please note the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. The cost will be deducted from your return and you will receive this label via email to print out. 
  5. As you prepare your return, please package your sleep garment(s) in the original recycled plastic packaging you received your item(s) in. 
  6. Sleep garment(s) must be in pristine condition defined as unwashed, unworn, undamaged and all tags attached.
